the Hap's

This past month we had two birthdays.  This lil' lady turned the big TWO!  Hard to believe she's not a baby anymore (crying) ..., and

 this not so lil' soon-to-be-4th-grader-lady turned the big 9.  NINE!  It seems just yesterday she was two, and making me talk stuffed animals with her.  Now she's getting grown up ("getting grown up" refers to nine year olds), has probably read more books than me, and she's got braces.  Look out world for this one.

 In honor of the birthdays and summer, the Hoff ordered lots of fun, and LOTS of swimming.

For the 4th of July we allz (except April, Bk, and Brook) had a bbq at the park.  I contributed a box of grape candy, which helps secure my status as the favorite aunt.  I wouldn't ask the mom beforehand if the kiddie's can have the candy, or they might not get it.

That's the hap's so far this summer.  Next blog post may be about my California beach getaway..., or maybe, just maybe, I might actually post about my New York trip.  Either way it's something to look forward to for the end of the year.
